Contacted Breaburn a few years ago looking for a programmable thermostat. The rep told ne which model to get so that we wouldnt have to rewire it. I finally ordered it. It's almost plug & play. I connected it myself. I easily programmed it myself & it's been working ever since. Its only been a week, but the old thermostat was a Braeburn & it was working when I took it off at at least 8 years old (it was here when we moved in).
