I am a customer from Ontario, Canada. Had no issues ordering from KTOOL in the States. Had to pay additional $20 (CAD) for shipping via FedEx which was problem free and came within a week of ordering. The fan is in perfect condition and an exact replacement for the unit that came out of my Carrier furnace. Even with some additional US duties which is expected, the unit was cheaper to purchase than here in Ontario. Emails to the purchaser were answered promptly with no issues. Overall, good online experience with this seller.
